01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the php456 platform, accessible at https://php456.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and in-app environments operated by php456. This Agreement is effective immediately upon your first access to the platform, whether or not you have completed the registration process.

php456 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, php456 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the php456 platform following the publication of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the php456 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

In strict compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR-compliant operational standards, you must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the php456 platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and is enforced at the point of registration, during KYC verification, and at the point of withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Geographic Restrictions

The php456 platform is operated for and targeted at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in potential violation of their local laws. php456 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from access by players in restricted jurisdictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the php456 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. php456 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without prior notice, and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

Registration Accuracy

When registering a php456 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. php456 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php456 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. php456 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your php456 account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the php456 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. php456 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

Players are responsible for keeping their registered email address current. php456 uses your registered email to send important account notifications, bonus alerts, and compliance communications. php456 bears no responsibility for missed communications resulting from an outdated or inaccurate email address on file.

KYC Verification

php456 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR-compliant anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence), a proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. php456 reserves the right to request updated KYC documents at any time, and to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

php456 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your php456 account in Philippine Peso. php456 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside php456's control.

All deposit transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment channels. php456 does not store your full card details or bank credentials on its servers. By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the payment method you are using belongs to you and that the funds are legitimately sourced.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally completed within the same business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times.

php456 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where a large withdrawal is involved or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering activity. All withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.

Currency

All php456 player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in Philippine Peso via supported local payment methods. Players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their balance converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

php456 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

Wagering Requirements

All php456 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.

Bonus Abuse

php456 takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that php456 considers to constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors or loopholes in game mechanics, and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, php456 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and close the offending account without prior notice.

VIP Programme

The php456 VIP tier programme — comprising Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black Diamond, and invitation-only Elite tiers — operates under its own tier-specific terms. Tier status is calculated based on wagering volume over a rolling period. php456 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and eligibility criteria at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the php456 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on the php456 platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

The outcome of all games on the php456 platform is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of trained live dealers operating in a controlled studio environment. php456 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and unmanipulated gaming experience for all Filipino players.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the result recorded on the php456 server, the server record shall be deemed the authoritative result. Technical malfunctions void all bets and plays. php456 is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted connectivity on the player's end, including mobile data drops or power outages.

Sports Betting

php456 sports betting — covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other sporting events — is subject to additional sportsbook-specific terms. Bets placed on cancelled or postponed events will be treated in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules published on the platform at the time of the event.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php456 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one player account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players, php456 staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversal fraud.
• Attempting to access the platform or any account other than your own without authorisation.
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any php456 content without written authorisation.

php456 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited activities are detected, relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

08 Responsible Gaming

php456 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. php456 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits to help manage their gaming activity responsibly.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the php456 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, game assets, text, graphics, software, user interface design, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of php456 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the php456 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any php456 content without prior written authorisation from php456.

Any unauthorised use of php456 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php456 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the php456 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other gaming-related loss.

php456 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability; php456 will endeavour to minimise such periods and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit php456's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Amendments to Terms

php456 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to bonus policies, withdrawal procedures, or player obligations — php456 will provide reasonable advance notice via registered email and/or a platform notification.

Minor updates, such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or additions of explanatory notes that do not substantively change player rights or obligations, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the php456 platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement in full.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. php456 operates in alignment with PAGCOR-compliant standards — the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation for online gaming operations in the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a player and php456, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the php456 internal complaints process. Players may submit a formal complaint to the support team at [email protected]. php456 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
